华人天后歌手：Elva萧亚轩欢庆20年歌唱人生，正式献上全新单曲「当你和心跳一起出现」，献给支持华语乐坛的每一个你。

Elva萧亚轩充满都会时尚流行感的浑厚嗓音，让她从首张专辑中的「没有人」、「最熟悉的陌生人」开始；到后来的「我爱你那麽多」、「吻」；再到2年前的「舞舞舞」，这些愈听愈让人着迷、愈让人想想跟着唱和的抒情金曲，在在证明「最完美女中低音」的美誉实至名归。

全新单曲「当你和心跳一起出现」充满1970年代节奏蓝调曲风的轻快氛围，由合作多年的全能製作人：陈伟负责作曲、编曲；ㄧ手包办小宇及Erica刘艾立2人2张专辑全部歌词的：曹宇棠负责作词；陈伟及Elva萧亚轩联合製作，而Elva也扛下出品人及创意总监的工作，提供许多音乐及视觉上的想法。

弦乐部份还特别邀请北京的国际首席爱乐乐团 International Master Philharmonic Orchestra担任演奏，让都市裡每一个的独立灵魂聆听如同1970年代的R&B 歌手们：Berry white、Curtis Mayfield ⋯等的曲风后，能继续相信爱情、并且愈爱愈勇敢。

为了带给守候多时的粉丝更潮流的聆听感受，Elva萧亚轩也请来另一位天后歌手：林忆莲的歌唱老师：Sean Oliver，出任声音指导，继续寻求突破并力求精进升级。而单曲也送往纽约，由曾获葛莱美奖专业肯定、且曾与Ariana Grande、Justin Bibber等着名歌手合作过的Randy Merrill负责母带后期处理，将Elva迷人嗓音中的感性与性感完全保留！
