[瑞玛的话]这首是读完一本书后得来的灵感。是否常常忘记很多时候真正的勇气出自于最脆弱的时候，当我们愿意面对自己的脆弱，我们就是勇敢的人。回头看看那些造就自己和让自己成长的，通常都是在困难及挣扎中。无须刻意去遮掩自己的软弱及缺点，我们一直在成长和改变，这些让我们脆弱的同样也让我们美丽。这首歌裡提到了许多我自己的缺点和一般人平常看不到的另一面。
